In order not to bore you with long and banal lyrics, as is often found on the Internet, we will list only the main aspects of the procedures for processing and delivery of your order.

1. We carry out delivery of flowers and gifts to Kiev and Ukraine.

2. We receive orders - seven days a week by phone: +38(044) 360-18-99, +38-094-924-88-99:
   from (local time) 9-00 to 19-00 (workdays)
   from (local time) 10-00 to 18-00 (weekends and public holidays).

3. Within the limits of Kiev (from 9.00 to 19.00) delivery is free. To send flowers to other cities of Ukraine - in an amount not less than $57. Cost of delivery to any city in Ukraine (excluding Kiev/Kyiv)- $19.

4. Delivery time (since the ordering and receipt of payment):
   in Kiev - from 1 to 4 hours;
   in Ukraine - from 1 to 3 days.

Important!
We carry out delivery, not only at home and in offices, but also in hotels, restaurants, hospitals etc. When ordering, please specify in detail all the data necessary for the smooth implementation of delivery:
   correct and detailed address of the recipient (number of apartments, cabinets, rooms, houses, offices etc.);
   name and surname of the recipient;
   contact numbers of the recipient;
   your contacts

Our agency reserves the right to call the recipient on the specified phone numbers before delivery. Delivery is carried out once, and if there is no the recipient's phone number or the recipient at the time of delivery was not there, we try to make flowers his household or office staff (for delivery to the corporate address).

If you made a mistake when you specify the coordinates of the recipient or if the recipient is not in specified place at specified time and there is no possibility to convey to him a bouquet, delivery should be paid again.

Each ordered bouquet is accompanied by greeting card, the text of which you can write when you order. We can also offer you the text that is appropriate for this case.

We guarantee that all information submitted to us for processing your order, is confidential and is not transferable to third parties. The Receiver can learn information about the Customer only from the accompanying card.

If you order flowers, located on the site, it might happen when, for objective reasons, temporarily some flowers or accessories included in this bouquet are absent. In this case, in agreement with you, we can replace the missing flowers or accessories at an equivalent or more expensive, of course, at our expense.
